Kitten Deli impressed us with really smooth, well-balanced hummus and tahini. The potatoes were especially good, with a flavorful spice coating that added both taste and an interesting texture.
The tahini was extra creamy, and the olive oil worked nicely with both dips—mild and not too bitter. The cauliflower was cooked just right, and the schug brought a fresh, herbal note that complemented everything well.
The cocktail caught us off guard at first (pretty bitter), but it ended up being something we really enjoyed. If you’re looking for comforting dishes with thoughtful flavors, Kitten Deli is a great place to try.
The service is always friendly, if occasionally a bit scattered and delayed. I’m never sure who my server is, but what does it matter on a summery Sunday, spritz in hand, sun on my face? At Spindler, you can while away the morning in style.
